2010 Southern California Dream Wedding Giveaway Official Rules
Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited.
Three Martini Lunch Productions, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and sponsors (Dream Sponsors™, Dream Crew™, and Dream Donors™) will conduct the contest as described in these Terms & Conditions, and by participating, each participant agrees to the following:
1. DATES: Contest opens at on October 18, 2009. Contest closes on January 31, 2010 at 11:59 pm PST. No purchase necessary. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years or older and are engaged to be married on or before June 27, 2010 at the time of entry. No applications shall be accepted outside of contest dates.
2. HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.socaldreamwedding.com, click on Entry From, fill out the Dream Couple™ entry form, and submit a response to each of the questions. All responses must be accurate and true. All information provided by contestant (with the exception of addresses, emails, and phone numbers) may be made public, either on this website, or in other media resources. By entering, you allow Southern California Dream Wedding Giveaway producers to use any information and images, either publicly or privately, in any given format. Email addresses may be given to the contest sponsors so they may contact contestants, but will not be made public.
3. SELECTION OF SEMI-FINALISTS: After reviewing all eligible entries received, and verifying compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the top ten (10) Semi-Finalists will be selected by participating Dream Crew™ members, and will be announced on February 3, 2010.
4. SELECTION OF FINALISTS: Finalist will be chosen by public voting on the Internet. Public voting of the Top 3 Dream Couples™ opens on February 3, 2010 at 12:00 am PST and closes on February 11, 2010 at 11:59 pm PST. Voting is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and The District of Columbia, who are 18 years or older. Public voting will be conducted on www.socaldreamwedding.com, in the Top 10 area of the Website. Individuals may vote for more than one contestant, but may only each contestant once. Subsequent votes for the same contestant from the same email address will automatically be disqualified from the Southern California Dream Wedding Giveaway. The finalists will be the Top 3 Dream Couples™ with the most public votes. In case of a tie, Dream Donors™ will cast votes to break the tie.
5. SELECTION OF WINNER: The winner will be chosen by the Dream Sponsors™ from publics Top 3 Dream Couple™ finalists. The Dream will be chosen on Valentines Day (February 14, 2010) and will be announced to the public on February 15, 2010.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION & PRIZE DELIVERY: The winner will be notified on February 14, 2010; provided, however, that if a winner is determined to be ineligible, cannot be reached within a reasonable amount of time, or otherwise fails to comply with contest terms & conditions, that contestant shall be disqualified and another winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries.
7. PRIZE DEFINITION: A rehearsal dinner for up to 50 guests in Camarillo, CA on Friday, June 25, 2010; a wedding for up to 100 guests in Moorpark, CA on Sunday, June 27, 2010, and honeymoon prize package that is yet to be determined as of this posting. Approximate retail value of the Southern California Dream Wedding Giveaway is not greater than $100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand Dollars). Winner is responsible for all taxes, gratuities, and travel-related expenses. The prize(s) awarded to the eligible winner include:

8. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are nontransferable, nonnegotiable and not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise. No prize substitutions will be made except at the discretion of the sponsors and contest producers, which may substitute a prize of greater or comparable value. If any prize becomes unavailable for any reason, sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of comparable value. Winner is responsible for all travel-related expenses. No outside vendors shall participate in wedding, under any circumstances, or prize must be forfeited. Relatives and people related to any of the Dream Sponsors™, Dream Donors™, or Dream Crew™ members are not eligible for the Southern California Dream Wedding Giveaway. Failure to redeem The Southern California Dream Wedding Giveaway, goods and services, by Sunday, June 27, 2010 shall result in forfeiture of the prize, and no substitute prize will be awarded.
9. TAXES/GRATUITIES: Winners assume all applicable sales tax liability and gratuities for their prize(s), which shall be paid by winner to each relevant sponsors, donors, or crew members as indicated in the contracts provided by the donating companies or contest producers. All sales taxes and gratuities are due no later than June 27, 2010. Each winner must provide donors and contest producers with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Any person winning over $600 in prizes from an individual sponsor will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.
10. INCOME TAXES: The winner of the Prize will be subject to any and all Federal and State income taxes and any other taxes payable in accordance with Federal and State law due to their acceptance of their prize and the law, regulations, procedures, rules and directives applicable. All federal, state and local laws relating to the transfer, ownership or use of the prize apply. The winner of the prize(s) agrees that the fair market value of the Southern California Dream Wedding Giveaway is determined by the individual sponsors (Dream Sponsors™, Dream Crew Members™, and Dream Donors™) and will be used to determine the value of the prize(s) for income tax and all other purposes.
11. CONDITIONS: SPONSORS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY. SPONSORS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, COST, OR INJURY THAT ARISES FROM OR RELATES TO PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY, OR WINNING OR USE OF A PRIZE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (I) LATE, LOST, DELAYED, DAMAGED, MISDIRECTED, INCOMPLETE, OR UNINTELLIGIBLE ENTRIES; (II) TELEPHONE, ELECTRONIC, HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE PROGRAM, NETWORK, INTERNET, OR COMPUTER MALFUNCTIONS, FAILURES, VIRUSES OR DIFFICULTIES OF ANY KIND; (III) FAILED, INCOMPLETE, GARBLED, OR DELAYED COMPUTER TRANSMISSIONS; (IV) THE DOWNLOADING OF ANY MATERIAL IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION (IV) ANY OTHER CONDITION THAT MAY CAUSE THE PROMOTION TO BE DISRUPTED OR CORRUPTED.
BY ENTERING THE GIVEAWAY OR BY ACCEPTING ANY PRIZE, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE THREE MARTINI LUNCH PRODUCTIONS, PARTICIPATING SPONSORS (DREAM SPONSORS™, DREAM CREW™ MEMBERS, DREAM DONORS™), THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE ADVERTISING, PROMOTION AND PRODUCTION AGENCIES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS OR ACTIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER FOR INJURIES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES TO PERSONS AND PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY OR THE RECEIPT, OWNERSHIP OR USE OF THE PRIZE OR WHILE PREPARING FOR, PARTICIPATING IN, AND/OR TRAVELING TO ANY PROMOTION, OR GIVEAWAY/PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY.
12. CONDUCT AND DECISIONS: By submitting an entry, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and by any decision sponsor makes regarding the giveaway, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify from this promotion, and any future promotion conducted by sponsors, and to prosecute to the fullest extent permitted by law any participant or winner who, in Sponsor's reasonable suspicion, tampers with contest site, sponsor's site, the entry process, violates these official rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
By participating in the contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of the sponsors. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. If the conduct or outcome of the contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the sponsors or contest producers, the sponsors and contest producers reserve the right to terminate this contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as deem appropriate. All decisions will be made by the sponsors and contest producers are final and may waive any of these rules in their sole discretion.

15. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW: The conduct of the contest/giveaway is governed by the applicable laws of the United States of America, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein.
